All VCX DVDs are region-free, meaning they will play on any DVD player, anywhere in the world. DVDs produced by other studios are encoded as Region 1. These will only play on DVD players legally purchased in North America or Japan.
Customers are responsible for any taxes or import fee's that their country might put onto any orders they receive. If VCX Ltd., Inc. receives a tax bill from a foreign country, we will charge it to the credit card that the customer used to make the purchase.
VCX Ltd., Inc. only requires taxes to be collected on orders shipped within the state of Nevada (currently 7.75%).
All videos are NTSC format. PAL format tapes are not available.
We use United States Postal Service exclusively for all of our International Shipping. Due to regulations by FedEx & UPS, they no longer transport adult content internationally.
We only use USPS Global Express Mail to insure quick delivery and tracking of packages.
Our international shipping rates are all provided by USPS.com, they start at $24.00 for 1lb minimum. To find out exact cost please email Sales, please include country and number of DVD's you wish to order. You may also give us at call at +1.702.638.4321 and ask for Customer Service to get your fee for shipping.
Most DVD's & VHS's weigh in at about 1lb when boxed for shipment each.
Below is the list of countries that VCX Limited currently ships to. If you do not see your country on the list it was probably excluded due to its laws regarding adult videos and/or sex toys. However, if your country is not on our list but you feel that it would be legal wherever you live to purchase from us then contact our customer service department and we can discuss shipment.
