Delivery Information
We deliver to most places in the country, it is up to the customer to determine whether it is legal or not to purchase and own them community according to community standards, we do not maintain a list of prohibited places to mail to as it is nearly impossible to maintain.
We ship via both UPS and USPS, rates reflected on the shipping page are the prices that these carriers charge, these are not our prices these are the carrier prices.
International Orders & Shipping Information:
What region are your DVDs encoded in?
All VCX DVDs are region-free, meaning they will play on any DVD player, anywhere in the world. DVDs produced by other studios are mostly encoded as Region Free, but there are some exceptioins, we clearly notify customers on the product page if they are Region 1 only, these will only play on DVD players legally purchased in North America or Japan.
What taxes/import fee's are imposed on International Orders?
Customers are responsible for any taxes or import fee's that their country might put onto any orders they receive. If VCX Ltd., Inc. receives a tax bill from a foreign country, we will charge it to the credit card that the customer used to make the purchase.
VCX Ltd., Inc. only requires taxes to be collected on orders shipped within the state of Nevada (currently 8.25%).
What format are your VHS tapes in?
All videos are NTSC format. PAL format tapes are not available.
What Carriers do you use for International Shipping?
We use United States Postal Service exclusively for all of our International Shipping. Due to regulations by FedEx & UPS, they no longer transport adult content internationally.
We only use USPS Mail to insure quick delivery and tracking of packages.
What are your International Rates?
Our international shipping rates are all provided by USPS.com, they start at $24.00 for 1lb minimum. To find out exact cost please email Sales, please include country and number of DVD's you wish to order. You may also give us at call at +1.702.638.4321 and ask for Customer Service to get your fee for shipping.

Is there a Re-stocking Fee??
For International orders only, there is a 10% re-stocking fee of the product price. Shipping fees are not refunded for orders returned to VCX, we attempted to ship to you and were charged these fees, so it is unfortunate that we have to pass them on to you. Packages are returned for many reasons, failure to pass through customs, incorrect/incomplete address, etc... This happens only a few times a year, so make sure to provide as much information as possible so we can make sure to get you your DVDs.
How Heavy is A DVD?
Most DVD's & VHS's weigh in at about 1lb (each) when boxed for shipment each.
How is Customs Import handled?
VCX does not keep a list of countries where specific titles are prohibited. Certain countries will allow porn in, but prohibit certian types, these may include incest, titles that include a younger girl theme (even though the girls are of age at time of filming), rape/forced sex themes, etc. If you are unsure if the theme is allowed, please contact Customs in your country to find out if this type of title is allowed. In the event that you place an order for a title that is banned by customs in your country, VCX will not issue a refund, credit or ship replacement DVDs to you, VCX will not be held responsible for any package seized by Customs within your country.
